The Dance Group consists of eager boys and girls from Years 3- 6.  In 2009, the Dance Group will be performing at the Evening of Performing Arts, Hills Festival and at school events and assemblies.

Practice for the routine occurs during Performing Arts sessions and there are also some lunchtime rehearsals.

The Dance Group is choreographed and lead by Miss Hiron.

Chess Competitions are held Term 4 every year to determine class, grade and school champions. Competition is always very tense and fair with good sportsmanship a part of all Toongabbie events.

Mrs Williams leads the primary chior group.  The chior are given the opportunity to perform at the Evening of Performing Arts and at various school and community events. 

During the Hills Festival Toongabbie forms part of the combined chior with the other seven schools on showcase.
